Training
and Educational Programs :
Aside from UNIONAIRE’S company orientation, technical
training is also provided for its engineers, sales staff and
factory managers. Its technical training is mandatory for employees
and is enhanced and reviewed bi-annually.
It is essential that UNIONAIRE’S representatives be educated
in its industry's technical knowledge, particularly its sales
personnel. Thus, sales managers (according to where they work)
undergo a two-month intensive training course, varying in degrees
and strategy.
As well, UNIONAIRE’S international dealers and distributors
send employees from abroad to be trained in its programs and
vice versa as the company dispatch trainers to its distributors.

Technical Training Center. to prepare and improve ability of
engineers and technicians to solve and overcome all mechanical,
electrical and electronic troubleshooting for air-conditioning
units, Also to enhance the performance and competence of salesmen.
The center has strengthened by learning tools take advantage
of the latest training technologies with all hands on facilities.
All courses are constructed by professional air-conditioning
Engineers. The trainees had extensive teaching experience. These
courses cover wide range of topics from basic to advanced air-conditioning
technology, Also allow trainers to study the new refrigerants
technology along with the theories, practices and troubleshooting.
Training available for all Unionaire local and international
distributors, all training courses are held in UNIONAIRE Training
Center, located in Cairo-Egypt .
